Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Brandmore, we strive to deliver professional, high-quality consulting and digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of our work, we follow a transparent but strict refund and cancellation policy.
If the Client wishes to cancel a project after signing the agreement or making an advance payment:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to support@brandmore.in
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and deducted from the advance.
If less than 25% of the project work is completed, up to 50% of the advance may be refundable, depending on effort already spent.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 50% of the project has been completed or delivered.
Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) involve third-party platforms; thus, media spends paid to third parties are non-refundable.
Service fees for campaign setup, management, or optimization are non-refundable once services are initiated.
Consulting sessions, strategy documents, and reports are non-refundable once delivered or discussed, as they are knowledge-based services.
If project delays are caused due to Client inaction, lack of communication, or delay in providing required materials, Brandmore will not be liable for refunds or deadline extensions.
In rare cases, if Brandmore is unable to fulfill a project due to unforeseen reasons, the Client will receive a proportionate refund for the incomplete portion of the work.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
